Industrial Maintenance Motor Control Trainers
During my time as the Industrial Maintenance student worker, I built the program's motor control trainers.
Alignment Conveyor Belt
In my pneumatics class, I worked with a team to design and build a conveyor belt system that aligned cardboard sheets.
PLC Programs
I have experience building PLC programs with both TIA Portal and Studio 5000. Here, I have some of the work I have done in TIA Portal.
Machinery Installation
A team and I created and followed a print, drilled a baseplate, machined motor feet and poured concrete and grout. We aligned pump and motor shafts with both a dial indicator and laser alignment tool
Faux Shaft & Coupling
I used with equipment such as lathes, drill press, milling machines, and other machine shop equipment to machine a faux shaft and coupling.

During my time at TSTC, I have used many different trainers that were used as hands on training to better prepare me for industry.
